The Challenge
The client came in with a product concept for mothers who breastfeed and wanted help validating an idea. The goal was to conduct relevant market research in response to the initial design. Once the need for the product was distinguished, it was vital to gauge the user specifics in order to refine the design.

By designing and facilitating a co-creation session, we were able to introduce the project by determining the current problem mothers face when breastfeeding their children. This allowed the participants to discuss their experiences in an unbiased way which provided further validation of the idea.
​
Once that stage was completer we revealed the client's prototype and documented and analysed further insights which constructed the brief for the next design phase.
